Bradford Cornell, PhD

Senior Advisor

Bradford Cornell is a Professor of Financial Economics at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles.  He has also taught at Caltech and USC; Professor Cornell received his Masters degree in Statistics and his PhD in Financial Economics from Stanford University.

In his academic capacity, Professor Cornell has published more than 125 articles on a wide variety of topics in applied finance, particularly empirical analysis of asset pricing models. He is also the author of Corporate Valuation: Tools for Effective Appraisal and Decision Making, published by Business One Irwin, and The Equity Risk Premium and the Long-Run Future of the Stock Market and  The Conceptual Foundations of Investing, published by John Wiley. He is a past Director and Vice-President of the Western Finance Association and a past Director of the American Finance Association.


Shaun Cornell, CFA

President

Shaun Cornell is  the Co-Founder and President of Cornell Capital Group. He is the co-author (along with Bradford and Andrew) of  The Conceptual Foundations of Investing. Prior to his work in Finance, he was a recording artist and professional touring musician and brings a unique perspective and diverse set of skills to CCG. He focuses on building strong client relationships, portfolio management, and using fundamental valuation to develop investment strategies. Outside of CCG, Shaun still enjoys performing, spending time with his 2 young children, and is an avid polo player. Shaun is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Andrew Cornell

Director of Research

Andrew is a research director and co-founder at CCG and has worked in real estate and finance for the past ten years. His work at CCG centers on value investing and applying his skills in technology and computer programming to assist in investment analysis. When not working with CCG Andrew enjoys spending time with his three children and competing in amateur golf tournaments.
